Jeffrey Berman

Jeffrey Berman is the founder of The Berman Law Firm, a Miami personal injury, civil rights, and abuse victim's law firm.  He focuses his practice on personal injury, civil rights, and abuse victim's advocacy.  Jeff is a zealous advocate for his clients and is passionately devoted to pursuing their rights.  He has successfully handled thousands of personal injury and civil rights cases in state and federal trial courts and appellate courts throughout Florida.  Prior to founding The Berman Law Firm, Jeff honed his litigation skills at a leading personal injury defense law firm.   Years of experience defending personal injury claims gives his clients an advantage.  Jeff knows how injury defense lawyers and insurance adjusters think.

Jeff obtained his juris doctorate, with honors, from the Florida State University College of Law and his bachelor's degree, with honors, from the University of Florida.  He is admitted to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
